+36% Amazon sales year on year for a handmade bath and body brand

Rinse Bath & Body Co makes handmade soaps, solid lotion sticks, body oils and Peppofoot foot care. We rebuilt its Amazon catalog and advertising around profit data, then took on Google Ads and Meta for its own store. By mid-July 2026, Amazon sales were up 36% and sessions up 66% on the same period of 2025.

The Starting Point

The Challenges Holding the Brand Back

A catalog missing the basics

A January 2025 audit found 82 products with fewer than 7 images, 81 with no A+ content and 94 titles that did not follow Amazon's brand naming format.

Ads that cost more than they earned

In the 30 days before we took over, ACOS was 66% and TACOS 25%, above the brand's 20% TACOS target.

Store ads that did not pay back

In the 30 days before we started on Google Ads (16 April 2026), the account returned $1.29 for every $1 spent, and Meta purchases were costing $44 each.

What We Built

Rebuilding the Foundation for Scalable Growth

01

Catalog, listings and brand store

  • Built the Amazon brand store and redesigned image sets and A+ content across the catalog, from Peppofoot foot care to the solid lotion sticks and Body Bliss oils
  • Published new SEO titles and bullet points in November 2025, then A/B tested shorter, mobile-first titles in 2026
  • Merged duplicate listings that were splitting traffic between copies of the same product
02

Amazon advertising built on profit data

  • Paused non-converting keywords and moved proven search terms from Auto and Broad campaigns into dedicated Exact and Phrase campaigns
  • Profit analysis with landed costs before raising the ad budget from $450 to $700 a week in spring 2026
  • Sponsored Brands video campaigns and a Creator Connections campaign that returned $582 in sales on $58 of spend (July 2026)
  • Prime Day 2026 offers: $1,844 in sales from 167 units at a 25% conversion rate
03

Google Ads and Meta for the brand's own store

  • Paused non-converting campaigns and rebuilt Performance Max with asset groups and search themes for each product line
  • Brand plus product search, dynamic remarketing and 20 audience segments built from Shopify customer data
  • Removed four duplicate conversion actions so bidding optimises against one clean purchase signal
  • New Meta creatives, lookalike audiences for cold campaigns and more budget on warm audiences
