What You Will Do: As an eCommerce Manager at Growth Scalers, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our clients’ online stores across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay and other marketplaces. You will be responsible for overseeing product listings, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving overall account performance and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Brand Managers, PPC Managers, and Operations team to execute strategies that enhance product visibility, conversion rates, and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Store Management & Optimization: o Manage and optimize product listings across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay etc.) to ensure accuracy, visibility, and conversion. o Ensure all listings are fully optimized with proper keywords, images, descriptions, and A+ content where applicable. 2. Performance Support & Reporting: o Support overall account performance by ensuring listings are optimized and aligned with client objectives. o Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making and account growth. 3. Inventory Coordination & Operations Support: o Coordinate with Operations team on inventory planning and stock levels to ensure product availability. o Flag potential inventory issues that may impact listing availability or performance. 4. Customer Experience & Account Health: o Identify and resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and account-related concerns. 5. Collaboration & Cross-functional Support: o Work closely with Brand Managers to ensure alignment between listings and advertising strategies. o Collaborate with design and content teams to improve product presentation. o Coordinate with internal teams to support seamless execution of account strategies. Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate with the following key skills: • eCommerce Platform Experience: Proven experience managing stores on platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay or similar marketplaces. • Listing Optimization Knowledge: Strong understanding of product listing optimization, SEO, and conversion rate improvement. • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. • Operational Expertise: Experience in inventory management, order tracking, and eCommerce operations. • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when managing listings, inventory, and reports. • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate updates, insights, and recommendations to internal teams. Bonus Skills: • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Shopify. • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms. • Experience supporting product launches and scaling eCommerce brands. • Any website catalog management experience Applying for this Role: To apply, please submit your resume along with a brief introductory video (1–3 minutes).
