<h3 id="">What You Will Do:</h3>As a Senior Graphic Designer at Growth Scalers, you will take the lead in crafting visually compelling content that enhances our clients' presence across Amazon, Google Ads, websites, and social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing high-quality designs, maintaining brand consistency, and mentoring junior designers. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of digital marketing visuals. Additionally, you will ensure that all ecommerce-focused graphic design principles are implemented to enhance our clients' shopping experiences and boost conversions.<h3 id="">Your Responsibilities:</h3><h4 id="">1. Visual Content Creation for Ecommerce</h4><ul id=""><li id="">Develop visually engaging and brand-aligned graphics for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other ecommerce platforms.</li><li id="">Design high-converting product images, A+ content, Amazon Storefronts, and website visuals.</li><li id="">Create banners, social media graphics, and email campaign assets that drive engagement.</li><li id="">Ensure that all visuals highlight product features and benefits while enhancing the online shopping experience.</li></ul><h4 id="">2. Branding & Consistency</h4><ul id=""><li id="">Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand image across all digital touchpoints by adhering to brand guidelines.</li><li id="">Work closely with the Brand Manager to align design elements with overarching marketing and branding strategies.</li></ul><h4 id="">3. Product Presentation & Image Enhancement</h4><ul id=""><li id="">Craft high-quality product images that effectively showcase features, functions, and details to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.</li><li id="">Collaborate with the team to enhance and retouch product images for optimal visual appeal.</li><li id="">Utilize AI tools and royalty-free stock images to enhance design workflows.</li></ul><h4 id="">4. Social Media & Advertising Design</h4><ul id=""><li id="">Design engaging graphics for social media posts and ad creatives on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.</li><li id="">Develop high-performing creatives for paid advertising campaigns, optimizing visuals for conversions.</li></ul><h4 id="">5. Feedback Integration & Continuous Improvement</h4><ul id=""><li id="">Adapt and refine designs based on client feedback and data insights provided by brand managers.</li><li id="">Continuously strive for designs that resonate with the target audience and drive higher engagement and conversions.</li></ul><h4 id="">6. Mentorship & Collaboration</h4><ul id=""><li id="">Guide and mentor junior graphic designers, providing feedback to elevate design quality.</li><li id="">Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, and content creators, to execute cohesive design strategies.</li><li id="">Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing strategies, and platform-specific guidelines.</li></ul><h3 id="">Qualifications:</h3>✅ Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, specifically for ecommerce, websites, and digital marketing.
