What You Will Do: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Scalomatic, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by engaging with potential clients, identifying and qualifying leads, and driving business growth. Your focus will be on promoting Scalomatic's real-time Amazon PPC optimization services to eCommerce businesses and Amazon sellers, effectively communicating our value proposition and generating opportunities for our sales team. This role requires a strong commitment to outbound prospecting, with approximately 90% of your time dedicated to cold calling. Candidates must be comfortable making a high volume of calls daily and proactively reaching out to potential clients. Your Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Qualification • Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and challenges, ensuring alignment with Scalomatic's Amazon PPC optimization services. • Conduct preliminary assessments of potential clients' Amazon PPC campaigns to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate Scalomatic's value. 2. Outreach & Client Engagement • Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and personalized video messages. • Effectively communicate Scalomatic's real-time optimization features, such as keyword-level control, real-time reporting, and ACOS management. • Schedule appointments and demos with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team. • Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive conversions. 3. CRM & Sales Process Management • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage outreach efforts, and organize follow-ups efficiently. • Document interactions and insights to ensure alignment with the sales strategy and facilitate smooth handovers. 4. Collaboration & Sales Strategy • Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative strategies for pipeline growth. • Contribute ideas for improving outreach effectiveness and refining lead qualification processes. • Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing Scalomatic’s commitment to delivering results-driven solutions. Qualifications – What You’ll Need: • Sales Experience – Prior experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or Amazon-related services. • Communication Skills – Strong ability to articulate value propositions and engage prospects effectively. • Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with Amazon PPC campaigns and related optimization tools (preferred but not required). • Self-Motivated – A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships and closing deals. • Time Management – Ability to manage multiple outreach channels and follow-ups efficiently. Bonus Skills: • Experience with video messaging outreach for personalized client engagement. • Understanding of Amazon Seller Central and eCommerce growth strategies. • Familiarity with automation tools for sales workflows.
