What You Will Do: As an Amazon PPC Manager at Growth Scalers, you will be instrumental in driving our clients' advertising success on Amazon. Your role will involve strategic planning, campaign management, and performance analysis to ensure optimal results. You will work closely with the Brand Managers to execute effective advertising strategies that meet client objectives and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Campaign Management & Strategy: • Develop, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Amazon, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. • Implement keyword research and defense strategies while understanding various campaign types to maximize effectiveness. 2. Data Analysis & Reporting: • Utilize technical and analytical skills to interpret data, charts, and tables, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance. • Prepare comprehensive reports measuring success metrics such as ACOS and Month-over-Month growth. • Analyze search terms report, share insights and add negative keywords when needed. 3. Audience Development: • Proactively identify new audiences and innovative ways to grow client accounts, thinking outside the box to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness. 4. Budget Management: • Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment. 5. Collaboration & Communication: • Attend internal meetings to discuss strategy updates and collaborate with the graphic design team to create compelling Sponsored Brand images. • Effectively communicate account progress and performance metrics to internal stakeholders. Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate with the following 7 key skills: • Product Category Knowledge: Experience managing PPC across various product categories, with an understanding of client-specific niches. • Track Record: Proven experience managing and scaling PPC accounts generating over $1 million in sales. • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of PPC strategies, including keyword research, defense strategies, and end-to-end campaign management. • Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Data-driven with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, capable of interpreting data and performance metrics to craft and execute high-impact campaign strategies. • Strategic Client Communication: Demonstrated experience in thinking strategically and effectively communicating insights, strategies, and recommendations to clients. • Proactive Sales Focus: A results-oriented thinker who actively identifies opportunities to increase sales and drive account growth. • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and efficiently communicate campaign strategies, performance, and insights to both internal teams and clients. Bonus Skills: • Experience managing PPC on Walmart, eBay, and/or DSP. • Experience managing product lines based on seasonality. • Familiarity with Amazon advertising and the ability to understand clients' niches and products.
