What You Will Do:
As a Brand Growth Coordinator at Growth Scalers, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Brand in driving growth strategies for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting in client meetings, managing product listings, and completing marketing-related administrative tasks across various e-commerce platforms. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow into a Junior Brand Manager role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Meetings & Support:
- Attend client meetings, assist the Head of Brand with note-taking, and follow up with emails to ensure clear communication and action items are documented.
- Product Management:
- Create engaging product titles, bullet points, and descriptions that enhance visibility and appeal on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
- Complete marketing-related administrative tasks, including creating coupons, adjusting prices, publishing images and A+ content, updating titles and bullet points, and managing shipping plans.
- Task Management & Coordination:
- Review task status on our task management system, ensuring all tasks are completed before client meetings
- Collaborate closely with the design team to follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Growth Strategy Implementation:
- Assist in implementing growth strategies for clients, ensuring that projects align with client goals and objectives.
- Communication & Reporting:
- Maintain regular communication with the Head of Brand, providing updates on task progress and any potential issues.
Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate with the following 4 key skills:

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively in a client-facing role.
- Energetic Problem Solver: A proactive individual who identifies challenges and provides innovative solutions to drive growth
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, or eBay is beneficial
- Familiarity with task management tools and marketing strategies.
