What You Will Do As a Marketing Manager at Growth Scalers, your #1 mission is to generate warm, sales-qualified leads that consistently fill our pipeline and fuel company growth. Unlike client-facing roles, this position focuses exclusively on marketing Growth Scalers itself —designing and executing scalable demand generation systems that attract, nurture, and convert prospects into high-intent leads ready for sales conversations. You’ll own the complete B2B marketing engine — from outbound infrastructure and cold outreach to content, nurturing, and inbound campaigns. If you’re passionate about building data-driven systems that turn cold prospects into warm opportunities, this role will allow you to make a direct and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Warm Lead Generation & Demand Creation • Build and execute marketing strategies that attract, qualify, and warm up potential clients through multi-channel outreach and targeted campaigns. • Identify ideal Amazon and e-commerce brand prospects using SmartScout and segment them based on category, size, and performance. • Enrich leads with Clay, pulling in key firmographic, technographic, and behavioral signals (e.g., sales rank, ad spend, review volume) to improve targeting accuracy. • Maintain a high-quality, segmented pipeline of leads designed for maximum conversion into sales-qualified opportunities. 2. Cold Outreach That Warms Prospects • Set up and manage a complete cold email system using Instantly, including inbox rotation, warm-ups, deliverability optimization, and A/B testing. • Write and execute hyper-personalized cold email sequences that engage and warm up prospects rather than sell immediately. • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve open, reply, and positive response rates — focusing on quality conversations over quantity. 3. Content & Video Marketing for Nurturing • Produce sales enablement content — case studies, landing pages, video explainers, and whitepapers — that move leads from awareness to interest. • Create personalized Loom videos and value-driven audit pitches to increase trust and warm engagement. • Embed content strategically across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels to guide prospects through the buying journey. 4. Messaging, Positioning & Funnel Nurturing • Develop compelling messaging tailored to key ICPs (Amazon sellers, DTC brands, retail-first businesses) with value propositions that resonate at every stage of the funnel. • Segment campaigns by vertical(CPG, supplements, beauty, tech) and ensure follow-ups are educational and value-focused. • Build automated nurturing flows in Zoho CRM that keep prospects engaged until they’re ready to speak with sales. 5. Multichannel Campaign Execution • Launch and manage coordinated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, video, and paid advertising (Google & Meta) — all optimized for warm lead generation. • Use dynamic personalization powered by Clay to deliver relevant messaging at each touchpoint. • Track all activities within Zoho CRM to ensure no warm opportunity is lost. 6. Growth Analytics & Reporting • Define and track KPIs directly tied to warm lead generation: open rates, reply rates, positive responses, and SQL conversions. • Analyze campaign data and feedback to continually improve messaging, targeting, and funnel performance. • Provide regular reporting to leadership with actionable insights on pipeline quality and conversion trends. 7. Sales & Partnership Enablement • Support sales with personalized outreach assets, audit decks, and objection-handling tools that turn engaged prospects into booked calls. • Create co-branded content and referral assets to generate additional warm leads from partnerships. Qualifications We’re looking for a candidate with the following core skills: 1. Warm Lead Generation Focus – Proven track record of building marketing systems that turn cold outreach into high-quality, sales-ready opportunities. 2. B2B Growth Marketing Expertise – Experience designing scalable outbound and inbound campaigns targeting decision-makers. 3. Copywriting & Messaging Mastery – Ability to write persuasive cold emails, nurture sequences, and landing pages that convert. 4. Automation & Outreach Skills – Hands-on experience with Clay, SmartScout, Instantly, Smartleads, and Zoho CRM. 5. Data-Driven Optimization – Skilled at interpreting funnel metrics and making data-backed improvements. 6. Content Creation Skills – Able to produce engaging content that builds trust and accelerates lead warming. 7. Collaboration & Ownership – Works well with sales, design, and leadership teams and takes full ownership of outcomes. Additional Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or outbound lead generation. • Proven success running multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, paid advertising). • Strong understanding of the e-commerce, Amazon, or DTC ecosystem. • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by measurable results.
