<h3 id=""><strong id="">What You Will Do:</strong></h3><p id="">As a <strong id="">Google Ads PPC Specialist</strong> at Growth Scalers, you will be responsible for <strong id="">creating, managing, and optimizing</strong> clients’ paid advertising campaigns across <strong id="">Google Ads, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video Ads</strong>. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop tailored strategies, execute high-performing campaigns, and optimize for <strong id="">maximum ROI and conversion rates</strong>.</p><h3 id=""><strong id="">Your Responsibilities:</strong></h3><h4 id=""><strong id="">1. Client Communication & Reporting</strong></h4><ul id=""><li>Create a <strong id="">tailored action plan</strong> and ensure timely execution of deliverables.</li><li>Maintain regular <strong id="">client communication</strong>, providing detailed performance reports and actionable insights.</li><li>Address client concerns and proactively recommend improvements to <strong id="">enhance campaign performance</strong>.</li></ul><h4 id=""><strong id="">2. Google Ads Campaign Management</strong></h4><ul id=""><li><strong id="">Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns</strong> for multiple clients, ensuring proper segmentation and targeting.</li><li>Optimize campaigns <strong id="">based on KPIs</strong> such as CTR, conversion rates, CPC, and ROAS.</li><li>Ideally, use <strong id="">Google Ads Scripts or Google Ads Editor</strong> to automate changes or manage campaigns at scale.</li></ul><h4 id=""><strong id="">3. Keyword Research & Strategy</strong></h4><ul id=""><li>Conduct in-depth <strong id="">keyword research</strong> to identify high-performing search terms.</li><li>Segment campaigns and ad groups based on <strong id="">customer intent</strong> to craft <strong id="">highly targeted ads</strong>.</li><li>Review <strong id="">search terms reports</strong> and implement <strong id="">negative keywords</strong> to improve campaign efficiency.</li></ul><h4 id=""><strong id="">4. Ad Copywriting & Testing</strong></h4><ul id=""><li>Write compelling <strong id="">ad copy</strong> that effectively communicates the <strong id="">value proposition</strong> and product benefits.</li><li>Conduct <strong id="">A/B testing</strong> on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to improve <strong id="">click-through and conversion rates</strong>.</li></ul><h4 id=""><strong id="">5. Budget & Bid Management</strong></h4><ul id=""><li>Monitor and <strong id="">adjust ad budgets</strong> to ensure cost-effectiveness and a <strong id="">high return on investment</strong>.</li><li>Implement <strong id="">bid adjustments and smart bidding strategies</strong> to improve campaign performance while adhering to budget constraints.</li></ul><h4 id=""><strong id="">6. Audience Targeting & Development</strong></h4><ul id=""><li>Identify and develop <strong id="">new audience segments</strong> to expand reach and improve targeting.</li><li>Leverage <strong id="">remarketing, lookalike audiences, and custom audience strategies</strong> to refine ad targeting.</li><li>Stay updated on <strong id="">Google Ads algorithm changes</strong> and industry best practices.</li></ul><h4 id=""><strong id="">7.
