<p id=""><strong id="">What You Will Do:</strong><br>As a <strong id="">Brand Manager – Amazon</strong> at Growth Scalers, you will serve as the strategic lead overseeing the full brand experience for our Amazon clients. You will document systems, guide design direction, communicate with clients, and manage the execution of brand strategies with precision. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can think strategically, communicate effectively, and ensure seamless execution across internal teams.</p><p id="">Your responsibilities will include:</p><ol start="1" id=""> <li id=""><strong id="">Process & Strategy Documentation:</strong> <br><ul id=""> <li id="">Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation.</li> <li id="">Ensure all processes are clearly communicated and consistently followed across teams.</li> </ul></li> <li id=""><strong id="">Branding & Design Oversight:</strong> <br><ul id=""> <li id="">Lead the graphic design direction based on brand strategy and priorities.</li> <li id="">Collaborate with designers and creative teams to ensure consistency and quality in visual assets.</li> </ul></li> <li id=""><strong id="">Product Understanding & Articulation:</strong> <br><ul id=""> <li id="">Grasp product benefits and unique selling points; communicate them clearly to both internal teams and clients.</li> <li id="">Ensure that all content, imagery, and advertising align with product positioning.</li> </ul></li> <li id=""><strong id="">Advertising & Optimization Alignment:</strong> <br><ul id=""> <li id="">Understand Amazon advertising strategies and PPC best practices.</li> <li id="">Translate advertising insights into actionable plans and share them with clients and internal teams.</li> </ul></li> <li id=""><strong id="">Client Communication & Reporting:</strong> <br><ul id=""> <li id="">Prepare and lead client calls, presenting agendas, results, and next steps.</li> <li id="">Communicate effectively through email and Slack—responding within 1 hour for top clients or within a day in general.</li> <li id="">Answer client emails, follow-ups, and proactively address concerns.</li> </ul></li> <li id=""><strong id="">Execution & Team Management:</strong> <br><ul id=""> <li id="">Follow up on team deliverables to ensure timely and quality outputs.</li> <li id="">Monitor task progress and ensure alignment with Growth Scalers’ quality standards.</li> </ul></li> <li id=""><strong id="">Promotion Strategy & Strategic Thinking:</strong> <br><ul id=""> <li id="">Advise on promotional initiatives including Vine, B2B, Subscribe & Save, and more.</li> <li id="">Contribute to overall brand and sales growth strategies.</li> </ul></li> <li id=""><strong id="">KPI Review & Insights:</strong> <br><ul id=""> <li id="">Track, analyze, and present key performance indicators (KPIs).</li> <li id="">Explain performance outcomes and offer recommendations for improvement.</li> </ul></li> </ol><p id=""><strong id="">Qualifications:</strong><br>We are looking for a candidate with the following 7 key skills:</p><p id="">• <strong id="">Brand Management Experience:</strong> Proven ability to manage Amazon brands and maintain consistency across listings, images, and promotional strategies.<br>• <strong id="">Process-Oriented:</strong> Skilled in documenting workflows and improving systems through structured SOPs.<br>• <strong id="">Strategic Communication:</strong> Able to communicate insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.<br>• <strong id="">Understanding of Amazon Advertising:</strong> Familiar with PPC strategies and able to collaborate with PPC teams effectively.<br>• <strong id="">Client-Centric Mindset:</strong> Prioritizes responsiveness and builds strong client relationships through excellent communication.<br>• <strong id="">Detail-Oriented Execution:</strong> Ensures all tasks meet deadlines and uphold brand quality standards.<br>• <strong id="">Proactive Leadership:</strong> Takes ownership of projects and keeps the team on track toward brand success.</p><p id=""><strong id="">Bonus Skills:</strong><br>• Experience with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp)<br>• Familiarity with Amazon tools like Helium 10, Brand Analytics, and Seller Central reports<br>• Graphic design knowledge or experience managing creative teams</p><p id=""><strong id="">Applying for this Role:</strong><br>To apply, please submit your updated resume along with a brief introductory video (1–3 minutes).
