From Bricks and Mortar to Amazon

After decades of experience in the bricks-and-mortar business in the US, Sonoma Linen decided that it was time to diversify into new sales channels and start selling online.

Sonoma spent years traveling the world to get the best possible product. Their bed sheets are as soft as hotel bed sheets but for an affordable price. After growing their traditional business, they decided to leverage their experience, to take it online and start selling on Amazon.

Sonoma started selling online in May 2020 and quickly realized how competitive the bedding and pillowcase category on Amazon was. Furthermore, to be profitable, they needed to ramp up their sales to reach an economy of scale and decrease inventory and logistic costs.

As an experienced businessman, Sonoma realized that e-commerce required a variety of skills such as SEO, product title optimization, sponsored product advertising, all of which he was not familiar with and so decided to get some help.
